Ryan Collins

Ryan Collins is a talent acquisition leader with expertise in process transformation and a dedication to improving recruitment strategies. Currently serving as a Client Director at Recruitics, Ryan actively collaborates to address client challenges and facilitate growth. Previously, Ryan held strategic roles at TaskUs, Teleperformance, and HGS, leading talent acquisition initiatives and managing extensive teams. Ryan also contributes as a Talent Advisor at Change State and as a member of the OnCon Senior Council, engaging with executives to tackle industry trends and challenges. Ryan is pursuing education at Franklin University.
