The principals at Recruiting Connection have over 30 years combined experience in staffing and personnel management. We partner with companies which fundamentally pride themselves in the pursuit of excellence. We pride ourselves in partnering with our clients to identify, evaluate and place only the strongest candidates.

We provide staffing solutions including clerical, administrative, accounting services, sales, marketing, IT, architecture, construction management, and executive management level positions. Our recruiters have extensive training in scouting out the best talent as well as interviewing techniques that have been proven to save our partners time and money by hiring “right” the first time; thereby avoiding costly turnover.

In the event our Partners have a temporary staffing need, we also have a division of quality personnel that are ready to “go to work.” We know the importance of hiring and maintaining quality employees. These candidates have also been carefully screened to ensure that your organization is professionally represented whether our candidates work in the mail room, provide services for top management or interface directly with your customers. Our candidates are the “key to our success.”

If possible, we meet face to face with each hiring official. We feel this approach provides the best opportunity for us to understand the skills and qualitative assets that each candidate should possess in order to succeed in your company. After meeting with you, you should only need to review two or three candidates, thereby saving you hours of applicant screening.
