Recruitment Avenue was founded in January 2014 by Managing Director’s - Nick Derrick and Daniel Cobbett.  Prior to founding the business, Nick and Daniel enjoyed success in both recruitment consultancy and sales environments in a number of management roles.

Nick and Daniel decided to take the next step and create their own consultancy based on the key principles they had always believed in; Honesty, integrity and communication. Since then Recruitment Avenue has enjoyed consecutive years of growth with the team and divisions growing.
