Recruitor.io is the technical hiring infrastructure for Data, AI & Product teams.

Most technical hiring decisions still get made the same way they did a decade ago — a resume screen, a 45-minute interview, and a gut feeling. That was never rigorous. It's just gotten more expensive as Data, AI, and Product roles have split into dozens of specialized sub-disciplines that generic interviews can't tell apart.

We built the layer hiring was missing: practitioner-led evaluation, backed by a structured, calibrated scoring framework, delivered as a decision-ready report — not a transcript, not a pass/fail, not a vibe.

WHAT WE DO

→ Interview-as-a-Service (B2B) — Structured, expert-led technical evaluations for companies hiring Data, AI, and Product talent. Every candidate is evaluated by a real practitioner — someone doing the job today — scored against a four-tier framework calibrated by seniority band, with knockout parameters that catch must-have gaps early.

→ Evaluation for IT Recruitment Firms — We sit behind your submissions, Your recruiters get the technical evaluation depth they were never trained to have; your clients get submissions they can trust; you keep the relationship, the brand, and the revenue.

→ Interview Simulation (B2C) — Mock interviews with active industry practitioners, for candidates who want to be evaluated the way they'll actually be hired.

WHY IT MATTERS

A hiring decision you can't explain in one sentence, backed by evidence, isn't a decision — it's a guess with confidence. We exist to replace that guess with a signal every hiring manager, VP Eng, and recruitment leader can act on and defend.

Founded out of a simple observation: the people best qualified to evaluate technical talent are almost never the people actually interviewing them. We fixed that.

📍 Building from India, expanding into UAE, UK & US.
