The mission of Rectifi, powered by DiCello Levitt, is to correct injustice that harms people. We stand with individuals, families, and communities wronged by corporate misconduct, government abuse, or systemic failure. We are trial-focused by design and relentlessly client-centered.

We fight for people whose lives have been turned upside down by wrongdoing—survivors of abuse, victims of civil rights violations, families harmed by negligence, and individuals facing institutions that refuse to take responsibility. Our work spans catastrophic injury, medical and nursing home negligence, wrongful death, police misconduct, sexual abuse, consumer fraud, and other high-impact matters where accountability matters most.

Rectifi was created to do what too many firms won’t: prepare every case as if it will be tried to a jury or a judge. From day one, we build cases with the discipline, depth, and urgency required to prevail in court. That trial-first mindset strengthens everything we do—from investigations through mediation and settlement—because successful resolutions are a product of readiness.

What sets Rectifi apart is how we fight. Backed by DiCello Levitt, one of the nation’s most respected trial law firms, our clients benefit from elite trial infrastructure, national resources, and one of the most sophisticated jury research platforms in the country. We combine modern trial science with hard-earned courtroom experience to tell the truth clearly, powerfully, and persuasively.
