Rectory Homes has been building high quality new homes for nearly 30 years. We are focused on developing residential sites in the Home Counties where we have operated since inception. Our business is based on a proactive, informed and decisive approach from identifying the right land opportunities in prime locations through to maximizing the development potential of targeted development sites.

Rectory Homes has a highly experienced core management team. We have dedicated departments for Land Acquisition and Planning, Construction, Sales and Interior Design, Finance and Administration based at our Head Office in Buckinghamshire.

Whether it be a one bedroom apartment or five bedroom house, we always pay the same attention to detail in the design, layout and specification of our homes, to ensure we stand apart from our competitors.
