Reculver Property Group is afamily office property company focused on acquiring, repositioning and developing distinctive real estate assets.

We specialise in identifying underutilised properties with strong fundamentals, particularly character and heritage buildings, office assets with repositioning potential, and boutique residential opportunities.

Through disciplined acquisition, thoughtful design and hands-on asset management, we unlock value while preserving the integrity and character of the buildings we work with.

Our approach is long-term, patient and highly selective. We pursue opportunities where creative thinking and active management can transform overlooked properties into high-performing assets.

What We Do
Property Acquisition

We acquire properties where strong fundamentals meet unrealised potential. Our focus includes office buildings, heritage assets, and sites suitable for repositioning, subdivision or boutique development.

Value Creation
Through refurbishment, adaptive reuse and active management, we reposition properties to enhance their appeal, functionality and long-term value.

Boutique Developments
Reculver develops carefully considered residential and mixed-use projects that prioritise design quality, scale and integration with their surrounding neighbourhoods.

Strata and Sell-Down Opportunities
