Marcus Ward

Marcus Ward is a highly experienced technical leader with a robust background in agile methodologies and product development. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Scrum Leader at Recurly, Marcus spearheads agile adoption across multiple teams and initiatives. Previously, at NetApp, Marcus held several roles including Product Owner for HCI product deployment, leading initiatives to minimize technical debt and enhance devops workflows, as well as serving as Scrum Master and Devops Engineer. Marcus's earlier experience includes customer support and systems administration at TrainingPeaks and Carlyle Van Lines, and teaching roles at the University of Central Missouri, showcasing a diverse skill set in both technical and educational domains. Marcus holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Vocational Technical Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Central Missouri.
