Will White

Will White is an experienced solar technician with extensive expertise in preventive and corrective maintenance on utility-scale and commercial solar PV and BESS assets. Currently serving as Lead Solar Technician at Recurrent Energy, Will monitors system performance, conducts site inspections, and coordinates with various stakeholders to resolve system issues. Previous roles include significant experience at Canadian Solar Inc., AES Clean Energy, sPower, MaxGen Energy Services, and Next Phase Solar, where responsibilities involved servicing power electronics, performing maintenance tasks, and troubleshooting SCADA network systems.
