Anna Adamson

Anna Adamson is an experienced professional in genomics and molecular biology, currently serving as Associate Director at Recursion since December 2016, where leadership of the Sequencing and Discovery Genomics Team has been a key focus. Prior roles at Recursion included Senior Research Manager and Senior Research Associate, during which Anna developed high-throughput Safety and Liability assays. Previous experience includes significant roles at Myriad Genetics, where sequencing clinical samples using Next-Generation Sequencing and Sanger Sequencing was conducted, and at the University of Utah, where expertise in various sequencing techniques and laboratory robotics was developed. Anna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from Weber State University, complemented by early experience as a Student Trainee with the United States Department of Defense.
