Erik Douglas

Erik Douglas is a health tech leader and entrepreneur with a strong background in science and innovation. Currently serving as the Vice President of Product at Recursion, they drive strategic innovation in drug discovery using machine learning and lab automation. Previously, Erik held key roles at Johnson & Johnson, where they advanced early-stage healthcare partnerships and led cross-functional teams in launching new health products. They co-founded CellScope and have gained significant experience as an international research fellow and intern at prestigious organizations like the United Nations and Stanford University. Erik completed a PhD in Bioengineering at the University of California, Berkeley, and holds a BS from Purdue University.
