Nathan Hatfield

Before joining Recursion, Nathan was a corporate and securities lawyer at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he represented venture-backed technology and life science companies through all stages of growth. His practice specifically focused on entity formation, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and public company governance.

Nathan studied finance and law at the University of Washington, where he earned his bachelor's degree, an MBA and a Juris Doctorate. When not practicing the dark arts, Nathan enjoys making family breakfasts, hiking and gaming.
