Spencer Rice

Spencer Rice, MSBA, has extensive experience in data science, AI/ML engineering, and cyber analysis. At Booz Allen Hamilton, Spencer led a team to enhance intelligence production using machine learning. Previous roles include a Seaman in the US Navy, where Spencer handled various maritime operations, and Cyber Analyst, focusing on network reconstruction and vulnerabilities. At JPMorgan Chase & Co., Spencer automated cyber-status reports and developed risk scores for suppliers. In recent positions at Red Alpha and IBM, Spencer has advanced expertise in deploying machine learning models and implementing natural language processing algorithms.
