Tess P. began their work experience in 2015 at Nordstrom, where they held various roles as a sales associate, sales support, and personal stylist assistant. In 2018, they worked as a New Initiatives and Innovation Co-op in ePAS at Cozen O'Connor, mastering Qlik development and overseeing the remodeling and redeployment of department-wide dashboards. Tess then joined Bentley Systems in 2019 as a Software Development Co-op, working on multiple tasks and successfully completing an MVP for a schema viewing software. In 2020, they joined Red Alpha as a Software Engineering Co-op, collaborating on a Pega prototype and developing reporting functionalities. Tess returned to Red Alpha in 2022 as a Junior Software Engineer. Additionally, from 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Peer Mentor at Drexel University College of Computing & Informatics, supporting and onboarding freshman students.
