Tom Shelly

Tom Shelly serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Red Alpha, leading the growth, performance and strategic direction of Red Alpha’s highly technical, member-centric business focused on the security of the Nation. Mr. Shelly's experience includes 32 years as a Program Manager, Business Unit Manager, Director of Programs, Division Vice President, Company President, and Chief Operating Officer, providing solutions to the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, Special Military, Federal Agencies, and Local Law Enforcement. Mr. Shelly was a founding member of the Windermere Group in 1996, a founding member of KEYW Corporation in 2008, joined G2, Inc. as the Company President in 2013, and became the COO of Red Alpha in 2018. Mr. Shelly graduated from the Naval Academy with a Bachelor's of Science in Marine Engineering in 1979 and spent eight years on active duty as a Naval Flight Officer.
