Chad P.

Chad P. has over 20 years of experience in the telecom industry. Chad began their career in 1999 as a Construction Coordinator at Seren Innovations Inc (Xcel Energy Subsidiary). In 2001, they became a Network Engineer II and Construction Manager at Northern Pcs Services LLC. From 2006 to 2008, they worked as a Network Design Engineer at Rural Cellular Corporation. Chad then joined Verizon 4G Wireless as an RF Engineer III and Transport Systems Engineer III. In 2019, they were hired as a Project Manager / Business Analyst at Knute Nelson. In 2021, they became a Project Manager at Aviat Networks and is currently employed at Red Argyle as a Project Manager. Throughout their career, they have coordinated complex microwave projects, managed network growth and capacity projects, engineered microwave networks, and researched and implemented new network and central office technology.

Chad P. obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business with Accounting Concentration from the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND in 2018. Chad also holds an Associate of Science in Telecommunications and Engineering Technology from Minnesota State Community and Technical College, obtained in 1999, and an Associate of Arts in Business Management from the same college, obtained in 1993. Chad also has a number of certifications, including Emergency Medical Responder; First-Aid / CPR Certified from the Minnesota Emergency Medical Services Regulatory Board (EMSRB) in 2013, Fire Fighter L1 & L2; HAZ MAT Certified from the MINNESOTA FIRE SERVICE CERTIFICATION BOARD in 2013, Commercial Driver's License – Class A from the Minnesota Department of Transportation in 2005, Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2021, and Power Limited Technician Certification from LABOR & INDUSTRY, MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF in 2008.
