Garry Polmateer has been working in the IT industry for over 20 years. From 2000 to 2004, they worked as a Network Assistant at NYSCOPBA, Inc., where they were responsible for IT administration and database work. From 2004 to 2006, they worked as a Field Technician at Key Communications, Inc., where they installed structured wiring and was certified in Panasonic KX-TDA phone systems administration and installation. From 2006 to 2010, they were the IT Manager/Database Administrator at Northeastern Retail Lumber Association, where they managed a mid-size computer network and implemented the iMIS membership database and Ektron CMS 400 website content manager. From 2008 to 2011, they were a Solutions Consultant at NimbleUser. Finally, from 2011 to present, they have been the CEO and Managing Partner at Red Argyle, LLC, where they work hard every day to deliver complex, custom, and weird projects and promotes their values of working with purpose, being articulate, and transparent. Garry is also a member of the Board of Directors and sat on the technology committee at Literacy Volunteers of Rensselaer County, where they are committed to helping the illiterate in Rensselaer County.

Garry Polmateer's education history includes completing a BFA in Sculpture and Art History at the College of St. Rose from 2000 to 2003, an AS in Engineering, Math, Science, Literature, and Art at Hudson Valley Community College from 1997 to 2000, and an ALA Graduate in Association Management at the Empire State Society of Association Executives from 2007 to 2008. Garry also obtained a CAE in Association Management from the American Society of Association Executives from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, Garry has obtained certifications such as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance in 2022, a Salesforce.com Certified Administrator from Salesforce in 2009, a Certified - Vaccinated for Rabies from the New York State Department of Health in 2001, a Driver's License from the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles in 1996, a NYS Fishing License from the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation in 1990, and a Salesforce.com Certified Consultant from Salesforce in 2009.
