Raphael Lee

Raphael Lee is an Agile Project Manager with extensive experience in leading and managing software delivery teams across various organizations. Currently working at Red Badger and Buildit@wiprodigital, Raphael has spearheaded Agile transformations and coached teams in DevOps practices, particularly within Lloyds Digital Servicing. Previous roles include serving as Scrum Master at Bilue, where Raphael managed the development of the Woolworths Money mobile app and an Adobe Experience Manager implementation. Earlier experience at Suncorp Group involved managing mobile applications, web content systems, and analytics solutions, achieving significant stakeholder satisfaction and delivering innovative insurance-related applications. Raphael holds a Master of Commerce in Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from UNSW.
