Devanté Wallace

Devanté Wallace has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They began their career as a Spring Insight Intern at Nomura in 2014, where they gained exposure to investment banking and shadowed traders on the credit risk desk. In 2015, they joined EE as a Sales Advisor, excelling in a high-pressure sales environment and consistently achieving monthly targets. In 2018, Devanté moved to Kuehne+Nagel as a Finance Graduate, undertaking various roles including assistant management accountant and finance assistant. They gained experience in areas such as budget management, cost analysis, journal entry creation, and KPI analysis. Devanté then joined Alcentra in 2020 as a Fund Control and Data Management Associate, contributing to fund control and data management processes. In 2022, they moved to Index Ventures as an IR Reporting and Analytics Associate, working on reporting and analytics tasks before joining Redburn as a Data Analyst in 2023.

Devanté Wallace has a diverse educational background. Devanté began their post-secondary education in 2011 at Sir George Monoux College, where they pursued A levels in Maths, Physics, Biology, and Psychology. After completing their A levels in 2013, they enrolled at the University of Kent, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) with honours in Physics between 2013 and 2016.

In 2010, prior to attending college, Devanté also studied at Southgate college, where they pursued a BTEC Lv3 in Sports. Before their college studies, they completed their GCSEs at Leytonstone business and enterprise specialist school between 2005 and 2010.

Continuing their educational journey, Devanté pursued further certifications in various fields. In 2019, they completed the Investment foundations program offered by the CFA Institute. The following year, between 2018 and 2019, they obtained the CIMA Certificate in Business Accounting from Kaplan Professional, specializing in Accounting and Business/Management.

Additionally, Devanté has obtained several certifications from Coursera. In 2022, they completed the courses "Data Analysis with Python" and "Introduction to Data Analytics." In 2023, they obtained the certification "Databases and SQL for Data Science with Python" from Coursera.
