Brad Sullivan

Brad Sullivan is an experienced construction professional currently serving as the Director of Construction at RED Development since November 2017. Prior to this role, Brad held the position of Senior Project Manager at Kitchell Contractors from July 2012 to November 2017 and worked as a Project Manager at The Weitz Company from January 2003 to July 2012. Brad earned a degree in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University, where studies were completed between 1998 and 2002.
