Joy Baer is a seasoned graphic designer with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Senior Graphic Designer at Red Door Collaborative since November 2022, Joy focuses on creating assets that reflect values of kindness and excellence. Previous positions include Designer and Project Manager for Microsoft at Allovus, where Joy enhanced design processes, and Lead Icon Artist for Microsoft Office, overseeing the consistency and quality of icon designs. Additional experience includes roles at Artitudes Design Inc., MAQ Consulting, and The Boeing Company, among others, where Joy developed marketing materials, managed design processes, and contributed to high-volume projects. Joy holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Communications from The Art Institutes, obtained in 2004.
