Lee James has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Operations Manager at Red Dot Corporation since August 2019 and at RedDOT Europe Ltd since June 2009. Responsibilities include ensuring efficient and safe production operations by overseeing Production Planning, Purchasing, Production Leadership, and Warehouse/Inventory Management, all while adhering to established policies and ISO:9001/14001 standards. Additionally, Lee has served as a Buyer/Commodities Specialist, focusing on supplier negotiations and managing production scheduling. Lee James holds a Higher National Diploma in Motor Vehicle Engineering from the University of Suffolk, earned between 1990 and 1995.
