Erin Montgomery began their career in 2010 as a Sales Associate at J.Crew. In 2011, they joined Schneider Electric, Professional Services as a Regulated Markets Associate. In 2013, they took on the role of Global Invoice Control Analyst at Schneider Electric, Professional Services, a position they held until 2013 when they left to join Red e App as a QA Lead. Erin then held the roles of Operations Manager and Customer Success Manager at Red e App.

Erin Montgomery attended the University of Kentucky from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies, Political Science, and Mandarin Chinese. In 2010, they also studied Chinese Studies at Shanghai University.
