Taylor Phillips

Taylor Phillips has over 20 years of work experience. Taylor began their career in 1996 at GE Financial as a Project Manager, and was promoted to Black Belt and Business Team Leader. During this time, they achieved over $1 million in project savings, and reduced variable labor and overhead by 17%. Taylor then joined Circuit City in 2003 as a Merchandise Manager and Director, where they co-created the firedog service business and owned various P&Ls ranging from start-up to $500 million. In 2008, Taylor moved to PETCO as Vice President Pet Services, New Growth, and led five business units to double overall revenue growth in two years. In 2011, they joined SquareTrade as Strategic Innovations - Mass Retail, where they developed a new strategic program to sell underlying product and attach their service, and completed a deal with a third party. Finally, in 2016, Taylor became the Chief Business Officer of Red e App, an enterprise mobile communication, content and file sharing platform.

Taylor Phillips attended Purdue University from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering.
