Fran Carpenter

Fran Carpenter's work experience begins in 1997 as Operations Manager and General Manager at Bladerunner Corporate Fitness. In 2002, they worked as the Fitness Gallery Manager at The Savoy Hotel, and in 2003, they became an HR Business Partner at Habitat. From 2011 to 2016, Fran held various HR roles at Zizzi Restaurants, including HR Manager and later Head of HR. In 2016, they joined wagamama as Head of HR before moving to EAT. in 2017. At EAT., Fran initially served as Head of People and later as People Director until 2020. Currently, they hold the position of People Director at Red Engine Team starting in 2020.

Fran Carpenter attended Bancrofts School from 1986 to 1993. Later, from 1994 to 1997, they pursued their education at Northumbria University.
