Lucy Thompson

Lucy Thompson's work experience includes a variety of roles in finance and accounting. Lucy started their career as an Usher at Ambassador Theatre Group in 2007 and worked there until 2012. Lucy then joined Decathlon UK as a Store Accountant and eventually took on the role of Store Controller and Property and Online Controller. In 2015, they moved to Hamleys of London, where they initially worked as an FP&A Analyst before becoming a Business Unit Accountant. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Finance at Red Engine Team. Throughout their career, Lucy has demonstrated their expertise in financial management, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and project management. Lucy has also gained experience in team leadership and working with senior management to make key financial decisions.

Lucy Thompson completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Accountancy and Finance from Birmingham City University, from 2009 to 2012. Lucy also obtained a chartered accountant certification from ACCA in 2017.
