Kiera Coughlan

She received her Bachelor’s of Arts in International Studies with an emphasis on Post-Colonial Studies from Humboldt State University and holds a Master of Arts degree in Culture and Colonialism from the National University of Ireland, Galway. She has over ten years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, grant writing and communications in the arts and social services.
