With over 250 search fund investments and over 50 years of management and investment experience, we at Red Forest Capital understand the unique challenges facing a search fund entrepreneur.

We know that more than capital is needed to find, acquire and grow a business. Many acquisition opportunities aren’t widely known and finding a promising business to acquire presents enormous challenges for even the most capable individuals.

We founded Red Forest Capital to support search funds throughout all phases of the process. We offer entrepreneurs a distinct competitive advantage with our unique marketing, research, and due diligence capabilities, providing them with the training and tools to differentiate themselves in the marketplace and identify an attractive business.

We offer considerable merger and acquisition experience to increase the likelihood of closing the deal and buying the business at the right price. During negotiations we support entrepreneurs as they progress through diligence, develop a sensible valuation, and structure appropriate terms.

Following the acquisition, Red Forest Capital supports the incoming team in fulfilling a company’s full potential. We have helped grow numerous companies and offer expertise in Corporate Development, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, Information Technology, and Strategy. We partner with the new management team to implement strong management practices and provide access to our extensive network of advisors, investors, and talent to support the business.
