Kate Garvey

Kate Garvey has a diverse work experience, having worked in various roles since 2015. In 2015, they worked as a Sales Marketing Assistant at Garvey's Office Products. In 2016, they worked as a Server at Harp & Fiddle Irish Pub and as a General Manager & Designer at Campus Ink, where they designed and sold over $100,000 of apparel in their first year of employment. In 2017, they worked as an Industrial Design Intern at ComEd, where they worked with engineers to translate technical concepts into visuals. In 2018, they worked as a Design Intern at QUARTER20, where they directed the company's client outreach initiatives and collaborated with senior designers on projects. In 2019, they worked as a Product Analyst and User Experience Design Intern at Kin + Carta, where they worked on an agile delivery team to conceptualize and design a digital innovation summit experience. In 2020, they currently work as a Product Designer and User Experience Designer at Red Foundry.

Kate Garvey attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2015 to 2019, where they earned a degree in Industrial Design with a field of study in Industrial and Product Design.
