Aaron B. began their career in 2007 as an Associate in Corporate Finance with Deloitte. In 2010, they joined the Royal Bank of Scotland as an Associate Director in Structured Finance and an Assistant Director in Financial Sponsors. In 2013, they joined BGF as an Investment professional. In 2016, they became a Board Observer for Paintbox Group, Solid Solutions - SolidWorks Reseller, and MPK Group. In 2018, they took on the role of Non Executive Director with Red Industries. In 2020, they became a Non Executive Director with Woodall Homes and UK Flooring Direct. Currently, they are a Non Executive Director with Alliance Transport Technologies Ltd.

Aaron B. attended the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a 1st Class BSc in Engineering and Business Studies focusing on Civil Engineering, Finance and Strategy.
