Jackie Obermeyer, PhD, possesses a diverse background in chemical engineering and biomedical research, complemented by extensive experience in medical writing and guided meditation. As a PhD candidate at the University of Toronto from 2012 to 2018, Jackie developed an innovative nanoparticle-loaded hydrogel system for delivering brain-derived neurotrophic factor to stroke-injured rats, enhancing neuroplasticity.
