Mark Reed

Mark Reed is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as an Outside Director and coach for mid-market private equity firms, including the Riverside Company. They founded High Ground Partners LLC in 1997, successfully leading numerous corporate acceleration projects. Mr. Reed was the Founding CEO of NAVEX Global and previously held key roles at Ethics Point, Genicom, and In Focus Systems. They have also served as Chairman of the Board for Health and Safety Institute and currently sit on multiple corporate boards, while sharing expertise on leadership and marketing at community events. Reed's educational background includes degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Stanford Executive Institute, and the University of Michigan Business School.
