Suma Ramadas is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in Medical Affairs and operational leadership. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Red Nucleus since October 2024, Suma previously held key leadership roles at Syneos Health from May 2015 to March 2024, including Executive Vice President and Global Head of Medical Affairs, where responsibilities encompassed the creation and delivery of Medical Affairs solutions across the product lifecycle as well as P&L oversight. Notable earlier positions include Director at Campbell Alliance and Senior Manager roles at St. Jude Medical, where Suma established new global Medical Affairs functions and led extensive clinical marketing initiatives.
