Tim Martin is an experienced instructional designer with a strong background in the life sciences industry. Currently serving as an Instructional Designer at Red Nucleus since May 2017, Tim Martin focuses on designing and developing training programs. Prior to this role, Tim Martin worked at toddstreet as a Learning Strategy & Instructional Designer, where consultation and collaboration with clients were key responsibilities. Tim Martin also held the position of VP of Instructional Design at The RJO Group, overseeing comprehensive learning strategies and evaluation techniques. With earlier experience as a Senior Instructional Designer at RJO Healthcare and as an Instructional Designer Manager at Merck, responsibilities included managing significant training budgets and creating innovative training programs. Tim Martin holds a Master of Science in Training & Organization Development from Saint Joseph's University and a Bachelor of Arts from Villanova University.
