Steven Watts

Steven Watts is a Managing Partner at Red River Development and the CEO of Rose Rock Development Partners, a company specializing in complex urban development projects. Before that, Steven worked as a Development Project Manager at Ross Group and as a Project Manager at Select Engineering Inc. Steven also held positions at The Persimmon Group and MidFirst Bank. Steven holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma and a Master's in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University.
