Managing Partner

Mark Cook has extensive experience in the restaurant and hospitality industries, currently serving as Managing Partner at Red Robin since September 2016. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Managing Partner/Regional Director at UNO Restaurants, LLC, from September 1990 to September 2016, where responsibilities included overseeing business operations and managing personnel to achieve approximately $3 million in annual sales. Earlier in Mark's career, from January 1987 to January 1991, a role as AM Supervisor at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts involved managing breakfast and lunch setups, as well as coordinating the Sunday Brunch. Mark holds an Associate's degree in Business from Daniel Webster College, earned between 2002 and 2005, and is a graduate of Londonderry High School, class of 1987.
