Red Robin
Melissa Munoz has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, having held various management roles. Currently serving as a Field Trainer and General Manager at Red Robin since September 2007, Melissa has developed a strong skill set in training and operations. Prior experience includes a position as General Manager at Real Mex Restaurants from March 2006 to September 2007 and as Manager at Bakers Square from July 2003 to March 2006. Melissa is an alumnus of the California Culinary Academy.
