Quy Phan is an IT Project Management Intern at Spectrum from May 2025 to August 2025, where hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) was gained by facilitating daily stand-ups and supporting sprint planning. Quy co-developed a Jira Metrics Dashboard aimed at tracking sprint performance through data-driven analysis. Currently serving as a Server at Red Robin since June 2023, Quy has demonstrated leadership by managing the expo station during peak hours and contributing to a notable increase in guest satisfaction scores. Education includes a High School Diploma from Rockwood Summit Sr. High School (2018-2022), followed by studies in Information Technology at the University of Missouri-Columbia (2022-2023) and ongoing education at the University of North Florida, pursuing a degree in Information Technology until 2026.
