Stephanie Benner

Stephanie Benner, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Assistant General Manager at Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, where responsibilities include leading local marketing initiatives, managing cost centers, and enhancing team performance through effective hiring and training processes since April 2023. Prior to this role, Stephanie was the Deputy HR Manager at University of Beer, overseeing HR functions for over 200 employees across six locations from January 2022 to January 2023. Stephanie's extensive experience at Red Robin spans multiple roles, including previous tenures as General Manager and Assistant General Manager. Additional experience includes serving as General Manager at Specialty's Cafe & Bakery and Regional Training Manager at KFC. Stephanie also owned and operated Top To Bottom Cleaning from 2001 to 2008 and is currently pursuing education at Modesto Junior College.
