Tom Brewer

Tom Brewer has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, holding various leadership roles across multiple companies since 1985. Currently serving as Training Managing Partner and previously as General Manager and Assistant General Manager at Red Robin since June 2016, Tom has honed skills in training and operations management. Prior experience includes General Manager positions at Famous Dave's of America, Corner Bakery Café, Ruby's Diner, Islands Restaurants, and Chili's, along with a role as Regional Manager at La Salsa Fresh Mexican Grill and Bakers Square. Tom Brewer is a graduate of California State University, Long Beach, where education was completed between 1985 and 1988.
