We donate a portion of every policy premium to Church World Service (CWS) Lancaster and Habitat for Humanity Lancaster at every renewal. We provide employment to people with employment barriers, and help provide livable wages and affordable housing. After employees have been on the Red Rose team for five years they earn a $15,000 dream fund so that they can finance a down payment on a house, jump start an education, launch a business, or simply invest in what matters most to them.
