Fred Richardson

Fred Richardson has a diverse and extensive work experience in the gaming industry. Fred is currently the CEO and co-founder of Red Rover Interactive, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Funcom as a CTO from August 2015 to February 2023, and as a rendering architect from April 2013 to August 2015. Fred also worked at Capcom Game Studio Vancouver as a senior rendering programmer from August 2012 to March 2013, and at Slant Six Games in the same role from April 2012 to August 2012. Earlier in their career, they held various roles at Funcom, Ubisoft Reflections, Reflections Interactive, Nokia Research Centre, and Thermal Ceramics.

Fred Richardson graduated from Teesside University in 2007, where they obtained a BSc (Hons) degree in Computer Games Programming. Prior to that, they attended Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 from 2002 to 2004, where they pursued a degree in Computer Programming.
