Ivan Kovachev has had a diverse range of roles in their work experience. Ivan started off at Verizon in 2013 as a Datacenter Engineer, where they were responsible for implementing Managed Hosting solutions and maintaining system integrity. In 2015, they joined BRT SA as an IT Support Engineer, providing user support and troubleshooting IT issues. At Cisco, they worked as a Cisco ESA Engineer from 2016 to 2017. Currently, Ivan is working at Red Sift, where they first held the role of a Customer Success Engineer from 2017 to 2019, and is currently serving as a Customer Success Technical Lead.
Ivan Kovachev obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Network Security from the University of Westminster in the years 2008-2012. Prior to that, they completed their A Levels in Information Technology and Science at Holland Park School from 2005-2007. Additionally, Ivan has obtained certifications such as Mastercard - Cybersecurity Job Simulation from Forage, ISC2 Candidate and Official ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity from ISC2, and Certified Support Professional from Service Strategies.
