Kit H. is a seasoned quality assurance professional with extensive experience in leading QA teams and defining standards across various companies. Currently serving as the Lead QA Engineer at Red Sift since January 2023, Kit previously held the role of Senior QA Manager at Kraken Digital Asset Exchange from June 2018 to December 2022, overseeing a large team of QA engineers and refining processes. Prior to that, Kit contributed to the QA landscape in multiple leadership roles including QA Manager and QA Lead, focusing on enhancing client experience through effective team management and process implementation. Kit's background also includes project management at CADCOMMS and founding one of Cambodia's first software development initiatives at Synisis, showcasing a commitment to quality and skilled employment development.
