Heather's previous roles include Vice President of Consulting Services and Director of Organizational Culture at 8th Light, Co-Founder and COO at CTO2, and various leadership positions at Groupon and IMC Financial Markets. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, Heather combines creativity with strategic insight to foster inclusive and productive environments across industries.
