John Floyd has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. John started their career as an Operations Supervisor at Delphi in 1995 and worked their way up to become a Quality Engineer, Customer Response Team Leader, Product Manager, and eventually an Operations Manager. In 2006, they joined Parker Hannifin as an Operations Manager before moving to Danaher in 2007. At Danaher, they held the positions of Plant Manager and Director of Operations, overseeing manufacturing cost, policy deployment, and driving improvement initiatives.

In 2010, John joined MacLean Power Systems as the Vice President | General Manager of Carolina Operating Units, responsible for a $150 million operating unit and leading various manufacturing processes. John also served as the Vice President of U.S. Operations, managing revenue generation across 6 domestic plants and implementing lean initiatives.

In 2016, John became the Director of Continuous Improvement and Quality at Kewaunee Scientific Corp. and later transitioned to Legrand, North America as the Plant Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Operations and Supply Chain at Red Valve Company, where they are responsible for overseeing operations and supply chain functions.

John Floyd attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham from 1989 to 1993, but it is unclear if they obtained a degree or studied a specific field. John later pursued a Master's degree in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University from 1996 to 1998.
