Steve Layne

Steve Layne is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in cybersecurity and business leadership. Currently serving as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of RedVector since October 2021, Layne is instrumental in addressing insider risk management challenges for organizations. Prior to this role, Layne held senior positions at Capgemini, Leidos, and Lockheed Martin where leadership in cybersecurity sales was a key focus. Notably, Layne also played significant roles in founding and leading multiple companies, including United Messaging, Inc., LaxPower, and Entigo, demonstrating a strong background in strategy development, operations, and business turnaround initiatives. Layne began their career at IBM and Lotus Development, accumulating a wealth of knowledge in product strategy and global operations. Layne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Economics from George Mason University.
