Haley Hataway possesses a diverse background in data science, product management, and research. At Red Ventures since July 2024, Haley currently serves as a Senior Data Science Product Manager focusing on AI products. Previous roles include Head of Product & Data Strategy and Head of Customer Success & Talent Ops at Mentra from March 2021 to March 2022, as well as a Data Scientist at IBM within the Data and AI Expert Labs, spanning from February 2020 to March 2022. A research assistant for the U.S. Army Research Office, Haley contributed to studies on human scent matching in African elephants. Earlier experience includes serving as a Laboratory Coordinator at The Williams Behavioral Neuroscience Laboratory from June 2016 to May 2018. Haley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Cognitive Science from the University of Virginia, with concentrations in Neuroscience and Computer Science, alongside a minor in Bioethics, and also earned an International Baccalaureate Diploma from South Lakes High School.
