James Barker

James Barker is a seasoned finance professional with experience in corporate development, strategic finance, and investment banking across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President at Red Ventures, James leads Corporate Development and M&A activities, FP&A functions, capital markets activities, and Investor Relations. Prior to this, James held roles at ZeroNox, Inc., CourseHorse, J.P. Morgan, Wells Fargo Securities, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where James gained valuable experience in investment banking, corporate taxation, and energy & power sectors. James is a co-founder of Sustain Haiti and holds a B.S. in Accounting from Brigham Young University.
