Raphael Japiassu Gonçalves is currently the VP of Sales LATAM at Red5, a position held since 2025. Prior to this, Raphael co-founded and served as CEO of Dale, which was acquired by Red5, and held leadership roles at EloGroup in various capacities, including Head of New Ventures. Raphael's entrepreneurial journey also includes co-founding Casa Azul Ventures and Startups to Watch. Raphael earned a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, completing their studies in 2015.
